Contacting commitee members directly

All of the committee members are on Facebook – just search for our names!

Feel free to speak to a committee member directly at one or our events; particularly Coffee/Befriending afternoons on Wednesday in the LGBTQ room where committee members are usually around for a coffee and a chat.

Contacting the LGBTQ Officer

Matt, as well as holding a place on the commitee, was elected as the Guild’s LGBTQ Officer and is part of the Executive Officer team. You are more than welcome to contact him by:

• Attending the Coffee/Befriending Afternoons every Wednesday between 12PM and 3/4PM in the LGBTQ Room; Matt and Ian run this event and are almost always there.
• Attending Guild Council, which is held once a month in the Mike Terry Guild Council Chambers. There is an opportunity – early each session – to ask questions to the executive officers about their representative efforts.
• Attending Matt’s Friday afternoon drop-in sessions, between 12PM and 2PM in the Non-Sabb Office (directly above the Guild Council chambers); arranged by appointment – please email beforehand to arrange!
